BD, a global leader in medical technology, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to guide cross-functional teams through complex product development programs. You will establish integrated plans, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance across software/hardware projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining RAID logs, producing senior leadership reports, and coordinating stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
10+ years of project management experience.
Experience bringing integrated software/hardware products from development to production.
Experience with third-party suppliers.
Familiarity with medical device development and regulatory processes.
Strong ability to prioritize and plan.

Responsibilities

Create and manage integrated project plans, RAID logs, and contracts with stakeholders.
Maintain work plans and track status and burn rate in MS Project.
Forecast resource requirements and manage allocations.
Prepare management reports on schedule, budget, and deliverables.
Identify and track project issues and risks; develop mitigation strategies.
Set up collaboration environments using SharePoint/Teams.
Organize project documentation for compliance traceability.
Facilitate weekly project meetings to review status and risks.
Assist in strategic product development planning and scenario analysis.
