Job summary

BD in USA NJ Franklin Lakes seeks a Sr. Project Manager to drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and design controls are met.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing), maintain project plans and budgets, and escalate risks as needed. Travel ~10%. A bachelor’s degree in science/engineering/business is required; PMP preferred. BD offers comprehensive benefits and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning and execution of product development projects by coordinating tasks, schedules, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Maintains project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures, and status reports; tracks milestones and escalates risks as needed.
• Supports requirements development and design control activities ensuring compliant documentation.
• Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, documents decisions and actions, and follows up on commitments.
• Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing to support development, verification, validation, and readiness activities.
• Manages tracking of project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices, and provides input to forecasts under leadership.
• Acts as a contact for internal stakeholders and external partners under supervision; performs other duties as assigned.
