• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.

• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team to drive Innovation and NPD for the AAD platform.
• Apply project management principles to deliver on-time, transparent execution.
• Serve as an agile problem solver, negotiator, and product development process expert.
• Influence solutions and resolve business/technical problems at all levels.
• Communicate strategically and guide the project/program team.
