Job summary

You will partner with engineering, quality, regulatory, marketing, operations and external suppliers to define scope, plans, budgets, and risk mitigation, ensuring governance and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience delivering medical device or regulated industry products from concept to commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of project governance and lifecycle processes.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience with external suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and scheduling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product development and sustaining engineering projects.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Facilitate meetings, ensure clear ownership and action item follow-through.
• Provide project status updates and governance reporting to leadership.
