Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to support clients in the Greenville, SC territory. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build trusted relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and drive product adoption across a diverse orthopaedics portfolio.

The role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and the ability to travel as needed. You will be part of a leading medical devices organization with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related experience in healthcare sales.
• Experience in account management or sales in clinical or hospital settings.
• Willingness to travel across territory including weekends/overnight.
• Ability to navigate complex hospital environments and build surgeon relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Planning: Identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts; create plans and selling strategies to grow sales.
• Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales goals/quotas through approved resources.
• Product Sales: Drive product sales for all assigned products within territory; present and demonstrate to ensure proper utilization.
• Customer Relationships: Access right surgeons/buyers; build relationships with surgeons, OR staff and hospital personnel.
• Case Coverage: Maintain surgeon contact; support during surgical cases; follow up with customers.
• Customer Care: Improve patient care; provide timely service; educate OR and Central Supply personnel.
• Inventory Management: Manage sales equipment and materials; adhere to company policies.
