Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises 10-30 Medical Support Assistants (MSAs) from GS-3 to GS-7 in an assigned call center aligned with a clinical service.
• Plans, develops, coordinates, implements, evaluates and reports on administrative plans and procedures.
• Oversees performance standards, training, and staff development; handles disciplinary actions with HR guidance.
