The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks an Advanced Medical Support Assistant (MSA) to provide administrative support to physicians, nurses, and other clinicians across outpatient clinics.

You will manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in, demographic updates, and coordination of diagnostic testing and consults. The role emphasizes strong communication, careful data entry, and teamwork to ensure timely access to care for Veterans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling and handling patient flow in outpatient settings.

Responsabilités

• Screen and route phone calls, provide information in line with privacy regulations.
