Job summary

Phoenix Logistics, LLC seeks an Instructor/Observer (I/O) to support Army Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) programs. The role involves instructing Soldiers across 68W Sustainment, EMT, and CLS courses, using high-fidelity simulations, moulage, and field training.

Classroom or field environments may be used, with emphasis on realism and safety. Candidates must hold NREMT with EMT or higher, meet instructor qualifications, be a US citizen, and be able to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, demonstrate skills, and test Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NREMT Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP) level.
• Maintain proficiency with applicable company products and presentation skills.
• Manage equipment and consumables inventories and perform routine PMCS.
