Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC seeks an experienced I/O for the MSTC program to deliver high-fidelity medical simulation training. In this role you will instruct Soldiers across 68W Sustainment, EMT, and CLS courses in both classroom and field environments, using moulage and effects to mirror real-world scenarios.

The candidate should be a current NREMT with EMT or higher, hold or be willing to obtain TC 8-800 instructor certification, and maintain BLS-HCP. Travel across the U.S. for training is expected.

Qualifications

• I/Os shall be current in and maintain National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) with EMT or higher.
• Completion of TC 8-800 instructor course and annual validation required.
• Maintain BLS-HCP certification.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, demonstrate skills and test Soldiers in EMT/68W/NRP levels.
• Train mixed Soldier populations, class sizes per AMEDDC&S guidance.
• Prepare equipment use, maintenance, and cleanup with training unit.
• Develop and present training materials and procedures.
