Job summary

Phoenix Logistics, LLC seeks a qualified I/O to support the Army MSTC program in classroom and field environments. You will instruct a mixed Soldier population in EMT Sustainment and CLS courses, using realistic simulation and moulage to validate clinical skills.

The role requires TC 8-800 instructor certification, current NREMT EMT or higher, and travel across the U.S. to support training missions. This is a full-time temporary assignment with rigorous standards.

Qualifications

• Current NREMT EMT or higher, with applicable licensure.
• Completion of TC 8-800 instructor validation annually.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use business software.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. for training.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, demonstrate skills and test Soldiers in EMT/68W areas.
• Utilize moulage, environment control and effects for realism.
• Assess critical thinking and psychomotor skills of students.
• Prepare for training with equipment setup and cleanup.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
