Job summary

Phoenix Logistics, LLC seeks an I/O instructor to support the Army Medical Simulation Training Center program. You will instruct Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and CLS, using high-fidelity simulations and moulage to mirror real-world scenarios.

Role requires capability to teach in classroom or field environments, demonstrate skills, test learners, and maintain TC 8-800 qualifications. Travel across the U.S. may be required.

Qualifications

• Current NREMT with EMT or higher; meets required service qualifications.
• BLS-HCP certification must be maintained.
• TC 8-800 instructor course completed; annual validation required.
• Ability to present medical material clearly to diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction to Soldiers at EMT/68W levels in classroom and field settings.
• Demonstrate skills, test students, and ensure instructor qualifications are met.
• Coordinate training with AMEDDC&S and unit training personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and manage equipment/PMCS kits.
• Prepare and adapt training materials to meet course outcomes.
