Job summary

Phoenix Defense, LLC. is seeking an I/O instructor to support the Army MSTC program. The role involves delivering high-fidelity medical simulations, conducting skills demonstrations, and assessing student performance in EMT sustainment and CLS courses.

The position requires current NREMT/EMT credentials, BLS-HCP, and the ability to travel nationally. Candidates should be U.S. citizens and prepared to work in classroom or field environments with sensitive equipment.

Qualifications

• Current NREMT certification at EMT level or higher.
• Must maintain BLS-HCP certification.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance if required.
• Former 68W/18D NCO ALC Graduate, or Navy/E-6 or higher, or Air Force 4NOX1, E-6 or higher, or licensed RN/PA/Physician.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training courses address all levels of students.
• Instruct, demonstrate skills and test Soldiers in 68W EMT and CLS courses.
• Capable of teaching mixed populations, class sizes per AMEDDC&S ratios.
• Assist training unit with equipment use and preparation/cleanup.
• Possess presentation skills to train employees on technical materials.
• Maintain proficiency with company medical simulation products.
• Manage inventory and PMCS kits and consumables.
• Perform daily PMCS on equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of student/employee information.
• Work independently and in teams.
