Job summary

This role supports the Army Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) program as an I/O for medical simulation training. The I/O will instruct, demonstrate and test Soldiers across EMT and NRP levels, utilizing high-fidelity scenarios, moulage and field environments.

Candidates must hold NREMT EMT certification, BLS-HCP, and TC 8-800 instructor training (or AMEDD equivalent). Willingness to travel and maintain confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• NREMT EMT certification at minimum; additional senior certifications preferred.
• BLS-HCP certification required.
• Completion of TC 8-800 instructor course or current AMEDD TC3 instructor course.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance if required.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. for training.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, demonstrate skills and test Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT and NRP levels.
• Ensure courses address all levels of students and meet instructor qualifications.
• Train mixed populations in classroom and field environments; manage equipment use.
• Maintain confidentiality of student/employee information.
• Work independently and as part of a team; assist unit in prep, use and cleanup of equipment.
• Maintain proficiency with applicable company products and PMCS kits.
