Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Scheduler Sr to join Texas Oncology in Grandview, El Paso, TX. This full-time role supports scheduling patient appointments and tests, with hours 8:00a-5:00p, Monday through Friday.

You will act as a liaison between patients and medical staff, handle insurance forms, collect co-pays, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies. Texas Oncology operates across Texas and SE Oklahoma, and is part of a large oncology network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years' experience in medical office setting recommended.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and tests efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Enter insurance authorizations and referrals in EMR.
• Collect co-pays and other payments at visit.
• Maintain scheduling templates and call coverage.
