Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to cover Birmingham, AL and surrounding markets. You will act as a key liaison, delivering clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals and executing a strategic sales program to achieve territory targets.

The role supports a broad, industry-leading pipeline and emphasizes collaboration, career development, and patient-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with sales/healthcare experience.
• 4+ years of sales experience for associates or 6+ years for high school route.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or medical device sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Drive territory sales and execute branded strategies to meet targets.
• Manage accounts, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues and contracts.
• Analyze territory performance and develop plans with the District Manager.
