• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Sales/Marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Track the progress of marketing messages and programs.
• Manage district teams to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates for district roles.
• Ensure training compliance and develop staff for future roles.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and share best practices.
