Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialist to connect with medical professionals in the Alabama territory (Cullman, Arab, Decatur, Hartselle, Hamilton) and promote Amgen products while navigating complex payer environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in sales.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales preferred.
• Ability to navigate payer environments and communicate clinical benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead territory sales through branded messages and educational programs.
• Develop accounts, discuss access, and manage contracts and reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance to management.
