Job summary

Solventum, a new healthcare company, seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive to grow sales in a defined territory and build strong relationships with hospital staff. You will conduct product demonstrations, educate customers, and forecast demand while maintaining compliance and delivering clinically supported solutions.

The role requires a medical background with 5+ years of field sales experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory.
• Developing and executing territory business plans, including clinical education and account prioritization.
• Building trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments.
• Delivering compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support with accurate forecasting and inventory management.
