Zusammenfassung

Solventum, a new healthcare company with a rich history, seeks a field-based Sales professional to drove revenue in the defined territory (Fremont, CA). You will develop territory plans, educate customers, and build relationships with surgeons and clinicians to support Acera Surgical and related products.

The role includes travel up to 90%, requires a valid driver’s license, and offers a base salary of $95,000 with commission opportunities; relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales or 9+ years in medical field sales.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Strong ability to manage time and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care.
• Deliver compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
