Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acera Senior Account Executive to drive sales across a defined US territory. You will engage with physicians and hospital leaders, deliver clinical demonstrations, and coordinate education and account strategies to meet revenue targets.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel up to 90%, and experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales. Relocation support and comprehensive benefits may be available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 5+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
Developing and executing territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.
Building and sustaining trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care.
Delivering compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management
