Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Senior Medical Assistant Certified (Sr. MA) to provide high‑level support for examinations, procedures, and treatments under physician or RN supervision. The role also includes supervising MA staff and serving as a clinical resource.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant designation required.

• Schedule patient appointments and verify medical necessity & eligibility for care.
• Act as preceptor and clinical resource to Medical Assistants; train and orient staff.
