Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Senior Multi-Media Account Executive in a full‑time, in‑office role in Bismarck. You will act as a trusted advisor, developing strategic marketing campaigns across broadcast, digital, events, and sponsorships to drive revenue growth.

Leverage your local network to secure high‑impact deals, mentor junior teammates, and deliver results that support community leadership and market dominance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in media, marketing, or advertising.
• Deep understanding of broadcast, digital, and programmatic solutions.
• Proven track record of quota overachievement and strategic new business wins.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of business with a strong focus on new revenue generation.
• Leverage your established network to drive opportunities and close high‑impact deals.
• Conduct high‑level client discovery meetings and present custom, insight‑led solutions.
• Lead strategic planning across integrated campaigns—broadcast, digital, events, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert within the sales organization.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
