Townsquare Media Group is seeking a multi-media account executive in Williston, ND, to own a book of business and drive new client acquisition. You will develop consultative campaigns across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships, while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.

The role emphasizes data-driven sales, strategic planning, and teamwork with market leadership to meet aggressive targets and deliver measurable ROI for local businesses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required)
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)
• BA/BS degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
