Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Williston, ND is seeking an experienced Account Executive for a full-time, in-office role. You will own a book of business, acquire new clients, and nurture long-term relationships with existing accounts.

This is a full-cycle sales position with cross-functional collaboration and leadership alignment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience, a proven track record, and exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
