Job summary

The role drives high-value solution design, expands share with key accounts, and supports Werner’s industrial commercial strategy through strong customer engagement and tailored Mechatronic solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Engineering, Mechatronics, Sales & Marketing or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience required.
- 7-10 years of related experience required in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with customer engagement and providing tailored solutions.
- Prior experience delivering presentations and demonstrations.
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Prior experience with Mechatronic solutions.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel regularly through Werner territories. Some overnight travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer processes and deliver Mechatronics expertise to drive opportunities.
- Lead solution pursuits for Independent Cart, Complex Motion, Unified Robotics, and Emulation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Automation teams to design solutions.
- Provide support through buying journey with BOMs, proofs of concepts, and engagements.
- Maintain CRM targets, opportunities, and tasks; stay current on trends.
