Job summary

Werner Electric Supply Company seeks a Mechatronics Solution Consultant to assess customer processes and deliver deep technical and industry expertise in Mechatronics, driving complex sales opportunities across Independent Cart, Complex Motion, Unified Robotics, and Emulation & Simulation technologies.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Automation Specialists to craft tailored solutions, present proofs of concepts, and manage customer engagements throughout the buying journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Engineering, Mechatronics, Sales & Marketing or related field is required.
• 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• 7–10 years of related experience required in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with customer engagement and providing tailored solutions.
• Prior experience delivering presentations and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer processes and deliver deep technical, industry, and portfolio expertise in Mechatronics.
• Lead the Mechatronic solution pursuits across defined areas and territories.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Automation Specialists for cohesive engagement strategies.
• Provide comprehensive customer support throughout the buying journey, including BOMs and proofs of concept.
• Log and manage customer targets, opportunities, tasks, and engagements in the CRM.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to offer best Mechatronic solutions.
