Job summary

Werner Electric Supply is seeking a Mechatronics Solution Consultant in Wisconsin to assess client processes and apply deep technical knowledge across Independent Cart, Complex Motion, Unified Robotics, and Emulation/Simulation tech. You will drive high-value solutions and growth with customers.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Automation Specialists, prepare BOMs, and support proof-of-concept deployments while traveling across Werner territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Engineering, Mechatronics, Sales & Marketing or related field; OR 7–10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience with customer engagement and providing tailored solutions.
• Prior experience delivering presentations and demonstrations.
• Ability to travel regularly; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer processes and deliver deep technical and industry expertise in Mechatronics.
• Lead and develop complex Mechatronic sales opportunities across Independent Cart, Complex Motion, Unified Robotics, and Emulation and Simulation technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Automation Specialists to ensure cohesive engagement strategies and Mechatronic solution delivery.
• Provide support throughout the customer buying journey, review specifications, prepare BOMs, and develop proof of concepts.
