Job summary
Werner Electric Supply Company is seeking a Mechatronics Solution Consultant to assess customer processes and deliver deep technical and portfolio expertise in mechatronics. You will lead complex pursuits in Independent Cart, Complex Motion, Unified Robotics, and Emulation and Simulation technologies to drive new business growth and expand market share.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in automation, engineering, mechatronics, sales, or related field.
- 5+ years in relevant technical sales or solution consulting required.
- 7-10 years of related experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer processes and deliver deep technical/mechatronics expertise.
- Lead and develop complex mechatronic sales opportunities across territories.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Automation Specialists to craft cohesive engagement strategies.
- Develop solution proofs of concepts and bills of materials for customers.
- Log targets, opportunities, and tasks in the CRM system and manage sales pipeline.
