Job summary

Werner Electric Supply Company seeks a Mechatronics Solution Consultant to assess customer processes and deliver deep technical expertise in mechatronics. You will lead complex sales opportunities across Independent Cart, Complex Motion, Unified Robotics, and Emulation 3D, driving growth and engagement with key accounts.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Automation Specialists to design end-to-end solutions, prepare BOMs, and support customers through the buying journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Engineering, Mechatronics, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience required.
• 7–10 years of related experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience with customer engagement and providing tailored solutions.
• Proven ability to present and demonstrate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer processes and deliver deep mechatrònics expertise to drive opportunities.
• Lead pursuits for Independent Cart, Complex Motion, Unified Robotics, and Emulation 3D within Werner territories.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Automation Specialists to align engagement strategies.
• Prepare bills of materials, develop proofs of concept, and support customers throughout the journey.
• Log targets, opportunities, tasks, and engagements in the CRM tool.
