Werner Electric Supply Company in Wisconsin seeks a Mechatronics Solution Consultant to assess customer processes and deliver deep technical and industry expertise in Mechatronics. You will lead complex sales opportunities across Independent Cart, Complex Motion, Unified Robotics, and Emulation and Simulation technologies.

You will drive growth, expand share in key accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Automation Specialists to design high-value solutions, review BOMs, and present

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Engineering, Mechatronics, Sales or related field, OR 7–10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of relevant Mechatronics sales or engineering experience.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.
• Experience delivering presentations and demonstrations.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales performance goals and deliver technical and commercial acumen to customers.
• Lead the Mechatronic solution pursuits for Independent Cart, Complex Motion, Unified Robotics, and Emulate 3D across Werner territories.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing and Automation Specialists to ensure cohesive engagement strategies.
• Provide support through BOM reviews, proof of concepts, and management of customer engagements in CRM.
