Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service teams in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor technicians.

The role requires strong experience with conveyors, PLCs, CMMS, and maintenance leadership. Candidates must be able to train others and work flexible shifts in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with material handling equipment (conveys & controls).
• 4+ years experience performing preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming experience.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and related controls (relay logic, ladder diagrams, sensors, solenoids).
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts data.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance; mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain positive working relationships across all Operations facilities.
