Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead technicians in installing and servicing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor staff within our Operations Maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years working with material handling equipment and conveyors.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years with PLC programs.
• Team lead experience mentoring others.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems and controls.
• Monitoring: Create and close work orders with labor hours and parts.
• Support: Lead and audit preventative maintenance; mentor junior technicians.
• Communication: Maintain positive working relationships across the facility.
