Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects within the Operations Maintenance Team.

You will train, mentor, and supervise service technicians and contract staff while ensuring safety and reliability across conveyor systems and automation controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience with material handling equipment (MHE).
• 4+ years experience doing preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems; install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
• Support: Lead and audit preventative maintenance; mentor junior technicians.
• Communication: Maintain positive working relationships across Operations.
