Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor staff. Strong PLC, CMMS, and blueprint-reading skills are essential.

The role requires 4+ years in material handling, maintenance, and team leadership, with a focus on safety and effective cross-department collaboration. Excellent MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment and conveyors.
• 4+ years of experience with preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years with a CMMS system and PT/PLC knowledge.
• Experience leading junior technicians and training others.
• Vendor management experience and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians on installation and repair of automated equipment.
• Design solutions and manage maintenance projects for complex problems.
• Train and mentor technicians and contract techs.
• Create and close work orders with labor and parts data.
• Maintain safe operations and strong cross-team communication.
