Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance Team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects.

You will help train and mentor service technicians and contract technicians, ensuring safety and reliability across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Electrical license/credentials.
• 4+ years working with material handling equipment (MHE).
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years with CMMS.
• 2+ years with PLC programs.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain, troubleshoot conveyors and control components.
• Create and close work orders with labor, parts, and time data.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Mentor junior technicians and contract staff.
