Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance Team by designing solutions, managing projects, and mentoring technicians.

The role requires 4+ years with conveyors/controls, CMMS and PLC experience, and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working with material handling equipment (conveyors/controls).
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints/schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programs.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project and document control.
• Able to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging/distribution equipment.
• Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and contract technicians.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following procedures.
