Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor staff within a safety-first facility.

The role requires extensive experience with MHE, PLCs, CMMS, and reading schematics; strong leadership and vendor-management skills are essential. On-site in a large facility with global operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years CMMS experience.
• 3+ years PLC programs.
• Experience leading technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safety: promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Maintenance: troubleshoot and service conveyor systems and controls.
• Monitoring: create and close work orders with labor, parts, and hours.
• Support: lead and audit preventative maintenance; mentor junior techs.
• Communication: maintain positive relationships across operations.
