Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance Team by designing solutions for complex problems and managing projects.

You will train and mentor junior and contract technicians, maintain conveyors, and troubleshoot control components while promoting safety across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years working with CMMS.
• 2+ years with PLC programs.
• Experience leading or mentoring technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Design solutions and manage projects to support Operations Maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and contract technicians.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and control components.
• Create and close out work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Promote a safe working environment and maintain positive facility relations.
