Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Workface Planner - Piping to lead detailed workface planning for piping construction, aligning IWPs with project schedules and field priorities. You will bridge engineering, procurement, and construction to improve productivity and execution readiness.

Expect to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, develop installation work packages, and ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement in planning and delivery across capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in industrial construction, piping construction, field engineering, or project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement piping workface planning strategies.
• Prepare and maintain Installation Work Packages (IWPs).
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, materials, construction and project controls teams.
• Ensure work packages align with schedules and field priorities.
• Provide planning guidance to field supervisors and project teams.
• Support health, safety, environment and quality requirements in planning.
