Job summary

Worley seeks an experienced Senior Workface Planner - Electrical to drive construction readiness and efficiency on major electrical projects. You will develop and implement detailed workface planning strategies, ensuring IWPs and CWPs are complete, aligned with schedules, and ready for field execution.

Working across engineering, procurement, project controls, and construction, you will coordinate teams, verify drawings and materials, monitor progress, and support safe, predictable project

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of industrial/construction experience with electrical focus.
• Experience developing IWPs/CWPs and related planning deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, cable schedules, and field execution practices.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, project controls, construction, quality, commissioning).
• Familiarity with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and IWPs/CWPs as standard practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement electrical workface planning strategies to meet project goals.
• Prepare, review, and maintain IWPs, CWPs, and related planning documents.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, materials, construction, and project controls for readiness.
• Verify drawings, materials, permits, tools, and documentation before field release.
• Support execution by aligning work packages with schedules and workforce needs.
• Identify constraints and collaborate on mitigations and recovery plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for changing field conditions.
• Participate in readiness reviews, constructability assessments, and schedule coordination.
• Provide guidance to field supervisors and stakeholders; forecast labor and material needs.
