Qualifications

• Mechanical supervisor with 5+ years in commercial/industrial/institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and mechanical systems.
• Regulatory codes and inspection requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise mechanical crews, contractors, and technicians on-site.
• Interpret drawings, specs and plans to ensure installation per design intent.
• Conduct on-site inspections, testing, commissioning and verification of performance.
