Job summary

JLL is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to keep building systems running smoothly through proactive maintenance, repairs and optimization. You will work hands-on with HVAC, plumbing, electrical infrastructure and building automation controls to diagnose issues and ensure operational continuity.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and coordinate with contractors, maintaining detailed records in CMMS while upholding safety and building codes.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Conduct routine inspections of building systems and safety equipment.
Maintain logs and records using CMMS (e.g., MAXIMO, Tririga).
Coordinate with external contractors for major maintenance projects.
