Job summary

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities team onsite in Cumberland, GA. You will apply comprehensive building engineering experience with HVAC systems, building automation, and energy optimization to keep our environments safe, efficient and comfortable for clients.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance operations across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and security systems, programming control sequences, and maintaining CMMS records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of comprehensive building maintenance with HVAC expertise.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical distribution, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems.
• Advanced understanding of HVAC operation, energy efficiency, and optimization strategies.
• Proficiency with major building automation systems and ability to program basic control sequences.
• EPA 608 Universal certification and electrical fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems.
• Operate and optimize building automation platforms to control HVAC, lighting, and energy management.
• Troubleshoot commercial HVAC including chillers, boilers, and VAV systems; perform repairs.
• Manage electrical systems including power distribution and lighting controls.
• Maintain plumbing and water systems; ensure code compliance.
• Program control sequences and analyze system performance data.
• Maintain CMMS records for documentation and tracking.
