This hands-on role focuses on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, requiring strong problem solving, ability to read drawings, and collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to deliver reliable, documented repairs for customers. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 8 years of mechanical seals experience in refining, petrochemical, chemical, power, or upstream sectors.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Strong numeracy for basic arithmetic.
• Commitment to safety and EHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical seal repair from inspection through documentation.
• Mentor repair personnel and share best practices.
• Independently identify solutions and drive work to completion with minimal supervision.
• Support day-to-day operations and maintain workflow in the repair center.
• Evaluate returned equipment for repair feasibility and required actions.
• Interpret drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation for repairs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes to meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate repair records and inventory.
