Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management; 7-10+ years managing mechanical construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple MEP/mechanical projects for a mechanical contractor.
• Direct experience on hyperscale data centers, healthcare, industrial, and/or federal projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and piping systems — design through construction.
• Solid financial acumen with the ability to forecast and manage project P&L.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects start to finish – scope, schedule, budget, and execution.
• Work with craftsmen, foremen, and owners in a self-performing environment.
• Apply LEAN principles to drive efficiency and deliver exactly what the owner needs.
• Own project financials, track performance, and forecast to keep jobs on budget.
• Build long-term customer relationships beyond a single project.
• Solve problems using firsthand construction experience.
