Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager (Mech) to lead onsite planning, coordination, execution and closeout of mechanical systems on large-scale data center projects.

The role focuses on piping, cooling systems, ductwork and related infrastructure, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and budget control. Required: Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or related field, 4+ years in mechanical scopes on large construction projects; data center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience managing mechanical scopes on large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience with mission-critical or data center projects is strongly preferred.
• Travel: 50% (on-site coordination and supervision).

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of mechanical scope, including pre-site mobilization, site mobilization, commissioning, and project turnover.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to meet aggressive data center timelines.
• Develop and manage budgets, invoicing, forecasts and cost tracking for mechanical scope.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements, purchase orders and change management processes.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with manufacturing teams and on-site install teams.
• Support BIM/VDC coordination, clash resolution and design integration efforts.
• Schedule and planning to integrate mechanical scope into the master schedule.
