Job summary

Greenberry Industrial in Taylor, Texas seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data center HVAC construction projects. The role oversees planning, budgeting, procurement, and client management from preconstruction through startup and turnover.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mechanical, piping, or HVAC construction, with 5+ years directing chilled water or hydronic systems for mission-critical facilities and proven data center project delivery.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of project management experience in mechanical, piping, industrial, or HVAC construction.
• Five or more years managing chilled water or hydronic piping systems for mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale data center construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from preconstruction through startup, commissioning, and final turnover.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate construction activities including chilled water distribution, CUP infrastructure, mechanical equipment installations, hydronic piping, large-diameter piping, pumping and heat exchange systems.
