Job summary

Harder Mechanical Contractors seeks a Project Manager to lead the mechanical scope on a large data center in rural Texas. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery from preconstruction through turnover, and maintain strong owner and partner relationships.

The role requires 7+ years in PM with mechanical systems, a CM/engineering degree, and proficiency in Procore and Primavera P6. Competitive salary and robust benefits accompany responsibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience on mechanical systems projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for mechanical scopes on a large-scale data center.
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and field leadership to hit milestones.
