Harder Mechanical Contractors seeks a Project Manager to lead the mechanical scope on a large-scale data center project in rural Texas. You will oversee planning, execution, budgets, client relationships, and turnover from preconstruction through commissioning.

This mid-to-senior role requires strong leadership, proven ability to manage fast-paced projects, and excellent communication with owners, contractors, and design teams. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably with mechanical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage large, fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned mechanical scopes from planning through closeout.
• Develop and execute strategies prioritizing safety, quality, schedule and client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change management, and cost reporting.
• Oversee procurement of equipment and subcontracted work, mitigating risks.
• Coordinate scheduling with field leadership to support milestones.
• Ensure RFIs, submittals, change orders and turnover are completed on time.
