Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction and estimating for the Mechanical Scope on National Mission Critical projects. You will create cost models, review staff estimates, train teams, and contribute to value design and project pursuits.

The role requires collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to develop budgets, select best-value subcontractors, and support early procurement and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or equivalent).
• - At least 10 years of proven experience in commercial/mechanical construction (data center experience preferred).
